Introduction

The “All Activity” section on the Contact Page provides detailed insights into email interactions with customers. Each email status represents a specific stage in the email delivery process. To improve clarity, tooltips have been added to explain the meaning of each status.

Email Statuses and Their Meanings

Delivered

Indicates that the email was successfully delivered to the recipient’s inbox.

Sent

Confirms that the email was successfully dispatched from Cademy’s servers but was not delivered to the recipient’s inbox due to filtering or other technical issues on their side.

Opened

Confirms that the recipient has opened the email, verifying they have seen it.

Clicked

Indicates that the recipient clicked a link within the email, showing engagement with the content.

Delivery Delay

Means the email is in the queue to be sent, awaiting processing before delivery.

Complaint

Shows that the recipient marked a previous email as spam. To protect email deliverability, the system has stopped sending emails to this contact. To whitelist the recipient and resume email delivery, please contact Cademy Customer Support at support@cademy.io.
