Types of Reviews
There are two types of reviews on Cademy:
Educator Reviews – Feedback on the course provider’s overall service, shown on their profile page.

For Course Providers: Managing Reviews
Request Reviews via Mail Merge Tags
How to send an email requesting reviews for a specific course
If you want to email attendees of a course to request a review, follow these steps:
Go to Dashboard > Courses.
Open the course you want to request reviews for.
Select your bookings bookings.
Click the Email button.
If composing a new email: insert the "Review Capture Link" mail merge tag into the message.
If using an existing template that already includes the "Review Capture Link": select that template from the Templates dropdown.
Write a short, polite request for feedback.
Click Send Email.
Note: The Review Capture Link mail merge tag can be used in new emails, saved templates, and automatic emails.
Important: When sending emails from the Contacts page (instead of the Course dashboard), the "Review Capture Link" will generate a link to the course provider’s profile page - not to a specific course.
Request Reviews via Booking Follow-Up Email
How to request reviews using the Booking Follow-Up Email (set-date courses only)
If your course runs on set dates, you can use the automatic Booking Follow-Up Email to collect reviews. On-demand courses do not send follow-up emails.
After the course ends, go to the specific course dashboard or go to the /Enrollments page.
Within 24 hours of the course ending, mark each relevant booking as Attended.
This will automatically trigger the follow-up email, which contains a link for learners to leave a review.
Tip: Mark bookings as Attended promptly so learners receive the email while the experience is fresh.

If you want to confirm whether your automatic course emails include the "Review Capture Link"
, follow these steps:
Go to your specific course dashboard.
Click Edit Course.
