All Cademy users can automatically generate certificates for their attendees, even on Free plan. However, with the PRO plan and above, you can fully customise your certificates with your own branding and logos, making them more professional and tailored to your brand and needs.

Default vs. Custom Certificate Design

Below, you can see a comparison between a standard Cademy certificate and a custom-designed certificate available with the PRO plan:

  • Default Cademy Certificate:

Includes a standard design that uses your profile image as the logo but does not support adding additional images or badges.

  • Custom Certificate Design (PRO and Above):

Allows you to include your logo along with additional badges or accreditation logos from recognised authorities. This gives certificates a polished and professional look that accurately reflects your brand and course credibility.

Note: To access custom certificate templates, upgrade to the PRO plan or higher in your Cademy Billing Settings.

Accessing Certificate Settings

To manage certificates for a specific course, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your course dashboard.

  2. Click on Course Settings and select the Settings tab.

Specify an expiry date for certificates to ensure they remain valid only for a defined period.
