What are course FAQs?
Course Frequently Asked Questions or FAQs help answer common queries customers have about your course. FAQs are normally shown on the course page, under all the other details and course descriptions, and just above the map.
Adding FAQs to your course
To add FAQs to your course, go into the course editor -> Description tab -> and scroll down under the course description box.
To add a question to your course, click on the + Add FAQ button and you will see a pop-over with all your previously created FAQs. You can click on any of the FAQs to add them to the course.
Creating & editing FAQs
You can also create and edit your FAQs by going into Settings → Course FAQs.
To create a new FAQ, click the + Create FAQ button at the top right and you'll be able to enter the Internal name, Question and the Answer. The internal name will only ever be visible to you, and it's optional.
From the FAQs section in settings, you will see all your FAQs and you will be able to click on any of them to edit them.
☝️ Keep in mind that when you save edits to an FAQ, those changes will apply and show across all courses that use that FAQ.
