How to open the Imports page
Follow these steps to access the imports area in the admin dashboard.
Open the admin dashboard: https://admin.cademy.io/
Select Settings from the navigation menu.
Select Imports.
Review the available import types.
How to start an import
Follow these steps to begin a new import from the Imports page.
Go to Settings in the admin dashboard.
Select Imports.
Choose one of the import types:
Courses Import
Course Dates Import
Bookings Import
Orders or eLearning Students Import
Contacts Import
Organisations Import
Download the example file if needed.
Upload a CSV or XLSX file to begin the import process.
Monitor status and review results
After starting the import:
Status shows PROCESSING.
When finished, it changes to PROCESSED.
If some data does not meet the required format, the import may show FAILED.
You will receive an email when the import completes.
In the Your Imports table, review:

Imported count
Failed count

Status (PROCESSING, PROCESSED, or FAILED)
You can:
Select the Imported number to see successful rows.
Select the Failed number to review rows that did not import.
