Sharing options

Cademy offers you valuable tools for Publishing and Sharing your course. Whether you want it to be unlisted (private) or to assign a discount directly to a link, you will find here how you can do that.

Table of Contents:

Make a course private and only accessible via the direct course link

If you want your course to be private and only accessible via the direct course link, follow the next steps.

Under your Share tab, publish your course and turn off the toggles for "Publish on my web pages" and "Publish on Cademy".

Only consumers with whom you will share this link will be able to access and book this course.

Change the course address/link

Sometimes the web address can look too long or include too much information, so we offer you the option to edit your address and keep what is essential to be visible.

Click on a course from the courses list on the home page and then click on the "Edit" button at the top right. You can edit your course link and click update from the Share tab under the Course Link section.

⚠️ IMPORTANT! If you used this link somewhere before you changed it, the old link will no longer be valid and will not redirect you to your course.

We recommend changing the link before sharing it on emails or social networks.

Apply a voucher to a link

Besides the standard method of creating and distributing promo codes, Cademy allows you to apply a promo code directly to a link you can share. Anyone who accesses this link will have a pre-entered promo code at checkout.

Click on a course from the courses list on the home page and then click on the "Edit" button at the top right. You can create or apply an existing voucher from the Share tab under the Course Link section.

This is how the date looks like on the admin side vs on the customer side.

Tracked links

Create unique links that will allow you to keep track of where orders are coming from

Tracking links and URLs are commonly used in marketing as a means of determining the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns. Without a tracking link, it’s nearly impossible to determine where the traffic on your website is coming from.

What is URL Tracking?

What do tracking links and URLs look like?
