On any page where the My Account button appears, click it and select My Courses & Bookings to go straight to your course dashboard.

Important Note for Course Access Under Memberships/Subscriptions

  2. Make sure you are logged in to your account.

  3. Enrol in Courses:

    • Find the courses you are interested in and enrol in them individually. Even though you have a membership that allows free access, you still need to manually enrol in each course.

  4. Click "Book":

    • Initially, you might see a price, but on the checkout page, it should show as £0 due to your membership.

  5. Access Your Courses:

    • After enrolment, you can view your courses under "My Courses & Bookings".

Staying Logged In

Your session remains active for 30 days unless you clear your browser cookies.
Next time you visit cademy.io or your provider’s minisite (like your-provider-name.cademy.io), you'll likely be logged in automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do I need to create an account to access my course?

No. If you booked a course, an account was automatically created for you using the email you used at checkout. You just need to log in with that email.

What email should I use to log in?

Always use the same email address you used when booking your course. Using a different email will create a separate account with no courses in it.

I don’t remember setting a password. What should I do?

Click “Log in or Sign Up” and then choose “Log in without a password” to receive a magic code by email. Or use “Forgot password” to set a new one.

Where do I log in?

Go to https://cademy.io/login or your course provider’s minisite (e.g. your-provider-name.cademy.io) and click My Account → Log in or Sign Up.

I clicked “Book” again and it asked me to pay - why?

Make sure you're logged in with the correct email and check if you're already enrolled. If your course is part of a membership, the checkout page should show £0 once logged in.

I can’t find the “My Courses & Bookings” option. Where is it?

Click the My Account button (usually top right or visible in the page header). Then choose My Courses & Bookings from the dropdown.

Why don’t I see a “View My Booking” or “Access Course” button on the course page?

You must be logged in with the correct email and already enrolled. If you're logged out or using the wrong email, these buttons won’t appear.

I have a membership. Do I still need to book courses?

Yes. Memberships unlock free access, but you must manually enrol in each course by clicking Book. The checkout will show £0 if it's covered.

Will I stay logged in next time?

Yes - your browser will keep you logged in for up to 30 days unless you clear cookies.

I accidentally created two accounts. How do I fix this?

Log out of all sessions, then log in again using the email you used when booking. If needed, contact support@cademy.io for help merging or deleting the duplicate accounts.

What should I send to support if I'm stuck?

Email support@cademy.io with:

  • A full-screen screenshot of the issue

  • The email address you used to book

  • A short description of what’s going wrong
