Logging In and Accessing Your Courses
To log in and access your courses on Cademy, please follow these steps:
Visit the Cademy website (https://cademy.io/) or navigate to your course provider's page (like
course-provider-name.cademy.io).Look for the "My Account" button.
From the dropdown menu, click on "Log in or Sign Up".
Enter the email address associated with your Cademy account.
Enter your password or use one of the alternative login methods.
Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" button again.
From the dropdown menu, click on "My Profile & Activities" under the "Student Profile" section.
Alternative Password Options:
Log In Without a Password: Choose this option to receive a magic code by email, which grants you account access.
Forgot Password: If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" button to initiate a reset.

How to Access Your Courses After Logging In
Once you have successfully logged in to your Cademy account, you can easily access your enrolled courses from various locations on the website. Here are a few ways to quickly find and access your courses:
From the "My Profile & Activities" Page
Once you are logged in, locate and click on the "My Account" button.
From the dropdown menu, click on "My Profile & Activities" under the "Student Profile" section.
You will be directed to the "My Profile & Activities" page (https://cademy.io/profile), where you can find all your enrolled courses and past purchases.
From the Specific Course Page
The public course pages will show a "View My Booking" or "Access Course" button if you are logged in and have already enrolled in the course.
From Any Page on Cademy
On any page on Cademy where you see the "My Account" button, click on it.
If you are logged in, click on "My Profile & Activities" to access your courses.
Important Note for Course Access Under Memberships/Subscriptions
⚠️ Although you may have an active membership that provides you with free access to some course providers' courses, you are not automatically enrolled in eligible courses. You must enrol in each course manually.
Enrolment Instructions:
Visit the Course Provider's Minisite (like
course-provider-name.cademy.io).Make sure you are logged in to your account.
Enrol in Courses:
Find the courses you are interested in and enrol in them individually. Even though you have a membership that allows free access, you still need to manually enrol in each course.
Click "Book":
Initially, you might see a price, but on the checkout page, it should show as £0 due to your membership.
Access Your Courses:
After enrolment, you can view your courses under "My Profile & Activities".
Staying Logged In
Your login session will be remembered for 30 days by your browser unless you clear the browser's cookies. Anytime you return to the Cademy website (https://cademy.io/) or your course provider's page (like course-provider-name.cademy.io), you will be automatically logged in; you will not need to enter your credentials again. Simply locate and click on the "My Account" button and then click on "My Profile & Activities" to access your courses.
