How to view all organisations
Follow these steps to access the list of organisations in the admin dashboard.
Open the admin dashboard: https://admin.cademy.io/
Select Organisations from the navigation menu: https://admin.cademy.io/organisations
Use Search, Filter, Sort, or Columns to adjust the list.
Select any organisation to view its full record.
How to create a new organisation
Follow these steps to create an organisation manually.
Go to Organisations in the admin dashboard: https://admin.cademy.io/organisations
Select Create New.
Enter system fields such as Organisation Name, Domains, and Billing Email.
Fill in any custom fields.
Add tags if needed.
Select Create Organisation.
How to view and edit organisation details
Follow these steps to access and manage a specific organisation record.
Open Organisations and select an organisation from the list.
Review system fields and custom fields in the left panel.
Select any field to update its value.
Scroll to Notes to add or view notes.
Use Delete Organisation if the record must be removed.
How to manage contacts within an organisation
Follow these steps to view or update the contacts linked to an organisation.
Go to an organisation record.
Select the Contacts tab.
Review the contact table or use Search, Columns, or Export.
Select Add Contact to link a new contact.
Open the action menu next to a contact to remove the contact from the organisation, edit the record, or email the contact.

Open an organisation record.
Select the Enrollments tab.
Use Search, Filter, or Export to manage the list.

Select Organisations.
Enable Automatically link contacts to organisations by domain.
Enable Create organisations when auto-linking if automatic creation is required.
Select Save.
How to manage ignored domains
Follow these steps to prevent specific domains from being used for automatic linking.
Go to Settings and open Organisations.
Scroll to Ignored Domains.
Enter a domain such as gmail.com.
Select Add Domain.

Follow these steps to add, reorder, or manage fields for organisations.
Go to Settings.
Select Organisations.
Review the Organisation Fields list.
Select New Field to create a custom field.
Use drag handles to reorder fields.
Use the settings icon to edit or delete custom fields.

Select Imports.
Choose Organisations.

Upload a CSV or XLSX file.
