Suppose you received a request from a customer other than your website Cademy offers you the option to manually add consumers and send them automatically generated links for payment.

How to manually add a booking

From your course Dashboard click on New Booking (New Student for On-demand Classes) and a side sheet will open with the following options:

  • Select a date or create a new one

  • Select the price offer or set a custom price

  • Mark bookings as paid or request the payment

  • Choose to send or not a bookings confirmation

  • Add Attendees


How to request a payment?

If you select "To be paid" from the "Mark booking as" section and "Send payment request" from the side sheet, the primary contact will receive an email with an automatically generated link for payment.

If you choose not to "Send a payment request" or you want to send the payment link directly, you can always find it if you click on "Awaiting Payment" and then on "Copy Payment Link".


Booking confirmation emails

Cademy offers you the option to limit or send the booking confirmation if it was added manually by activating or deactivating the toggle for "Send booking confirmation email".


Primary contact and attendees' contact details

Whether it's just one attendee or a person who booked for more attendees, you can add their contact details while manually adding a new booking.
