Earn 30% Monthly Commission

If the referral signs a monthly subscription: You’ll receive 30% of their monthly subscription fee, paid monthly, starting the month after their initial payment.

If the referral signs a yearly contract: You will receive 30% of their yearly contract value, divided by 12 months, and paid to you monthly starting from the month after they make their payment.

Monthly Plan Example: If your friend subscribes to the Pro Plan at £99 per month, you’ll earn £29.70 (30% of £99) every month as long as they remain an active subscriber.

Yearly Plan Example: Your friend subscribes to the Teams Plan with a yearly plan valued at £5,988 (equivalent to £499 per month). You’ll receive £149.70 each month (30% of £499) as long as they remain subscribed.

Monthly subscribers: Credits start appearing the month after their initial payment.

Yearly subscribers: Credits start appearing the month after their full annual payment.

No Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself, your own business, or any business entity that you own, manage, or have direct control over. Additionally, referrals between companies that are part of the same group, under the same corporate umbrella, or related entities are not eligible for commission.

Referral Commission: You will earn 30% of the referred customer’s monthly subscription fee for as long as their subscription is active and paid. Cademy reserves the right to modify the commission rate or structure at any time with prior notice. Any changes will apply only to future commissions and not affect commissions already earned.

Valid Referrals: Only referrals that result in the referred customer subscribing to a paid Cademy plan (Pro, or Teams) and remaining an active, paying customer are considered valid. Cademy reserves the right to verify and approve the validity of all referrals.

Payout Requirements: In order to receive payouts, you must have a valid and linked Stripe account to Cademy. Payouts will be made exclusively via Stripe.

Inactive or Cancelled Accounts: If a referred customer cancels their subscription or their payment fails, your commission for that referral will immediately stop. You will not receive further commissions unless they reactivate their account and resume paying for a Cademy plan.

Referral Abuse and Misuse: Any attempt to game, abuse, or manipulate the referral program, including but not limited to fake accounts, fraudulent activities, or misleading promotions, will result in disqualification from the program.

Cademy’s Right to Determine Referral Eligibility: Cademy reserves the sole discretion to determine whether any referral or referred account qualifies under these terms.

Limited-Time Campaign: This referral program is available for a limited period. Cademy reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated through your Cademy dashboard or via email.
