Cademy lets you set flexible pricing offers for your courses. You have the option to enter a basic price, like £5 per person, but you can also set different offers and add-ons which allow you to take your enrolments to the next level. This article will explain how pricing offers and add-ons work on Cademy.

Free courses
If your course is free, set the price as 0. On the course page the price will be shown as "Free"
Creating offers (Default/Top-level)
The Delivery Details section is for default delivery details and offers for your course. Here you can set if your class delivery method is In-Person, Online or combined (Hybrid), your price offers, add-ons and class capacity.
Enter the total price per person. The prices are listed in British pounds (£ / GBP).
❗️Options set here are defaults. You can select a different price, location & availability for each date when you create your dates.
You can customise your ticket name, and add a short description and the actual Price on the offer. These will show on the checkout page as follows:
Every offer purchased will count towards the available spaces on your course. If your class date has 6 spaces left, and a customer selects two offers on checkout, they will be taking up 2 spaces and the date will have 4 left after the booking is placed.
How to set a different price, location & availability for each date when you create your dates?
Under the Dates tab, when you click on +Add dates -> Add a new date and click on Change Default Settings, Spaces, Location or Price. Here you can set the preferred delivery method for that particular date or block of date/term.
Select your preferred delivery method from In-Person, Online and Hybrid.
Set your location if you choose In-person or Hybrid Delivery Method.
Create a Zoom link or insert the link for your preferred online provider.
Available spaces for this specific date or block of dates/term.
You can set custom price offers for individual dates or blocks with dates/terms.
By clicking on the pen symbol, you can Change Default Settings, Spaces, Locations or Prices for already existing dates.

Advanced Options
If you click on the [↓ More Options] button at the bottom of the offer modal, you will be able to see a few additional options.
Available From & Available Until
You can set a date from which to show the offer on the course, or when to hide it away. This allows you to create limited time offers such as “Early Bird Price”, etc.
Spaces to block
By default, an offer is equivalent to 1 space. So if you have a “General Admission” offer, and a customer selects it twice, that will block out 2 spaces on the course date. However, for some offers, you want to set aside more than one space. For this, you can update the “Spaces to block” input on an offer to be more than 1.
Here are some examples where this option is useful:
2 for 1 Offer: For a two-for-one offer, you want to create your offer as usual and set the Spaces to block to 2.
Family / Couple’s Offer: You can set the price of the offer to be a little cheaper than buying two individual tickets, and you can set the Spaces to block to 2.
Private session: If your course date can take up to 6 people, and if you wanted to allow customers the option to book off the entire session, you can create an offer where the Spaces to block is 6. You can set the price of the offer lower, to offer a discount compared to booking 6 spaces individually. The advantage of this type of offer is that if a customer or two already booked a space for a session, then the private session offer would not be available to subsequent customers.
Add-ons
Add-ons are great if you want to sell additional items such as kits, recordings, materials, etc. To get started click on the "Custom Offers & Add-ons" button next to the Price input on the course edit page. Enable the "Add-ons" toggle. Then create a new Add-on by entering a Label, an optional Description and a Price.
When going through the checkout flow, add-ons will be listed underneath your pricing offers as shown in the screenshot below:
View offers breakdown on orders
Once a customer places an order, you will see the details of the order including all offers and add-ons selected on the booking sheet in the Cademy Admin.
