Offering special incentives or rewards to your customers through promo codes and gift cards directly within Cademy enhances customer engagement and effectively promotes your courses.

Begin by accessing the Cademy admin dashboard and navigate to Apps → Vouchers. Here, click the green Install button to activate the Vouchers app, allowing you to issue both promo codes and gift cards for your courses.

Click on the "Vouchers" menu from the left menu bar. Then, click on "Promo Codes" at the top and finally click on "+ Create Promo Code".

Customise promo codes for use on specific courses, enhancing targeted marketing strategies for new or existing course offerings.

Cademy enables the generation of course links with embedded promo codes. Sharing these links means customers accessing the course via this link will find the promo code automatically populated in the promo code field, requiring only an "Apply" button click for activation. Gift cards, unlike promo codes, contain a preloaded balance that diminishes with each use.

Click on the "Vouchers" menu from the left menu bar. Then, click on "Gift Cards" at the top and finally click on "+ New Voucher".

Navigate to the "Gift Cards" tab within the vouchers app to view all issued gift cards. These cards can be used until the balance is depleted. For instance, an £80 gift card used on a £50 course leaves a remaining balance of £30.

Gift cards are created similarly to promo codes but include an option to add recipient details for internal tracking. Cademy does not notify recipients upon gift card creation.

To determine if a booking utilised a voucher or promo code, visit the successful bookings section. Under the payment details, information about the used promo code or voucher will be visible, including a link to the specific promo code.

Customers can purchase gift cards from your landing page or via the 🎁 Gift Vouchers button found on course pages. They can customise the gift card's amount, delivery method, and include a personal message. You will receive an email detailing each purchase.

When a gift card is purchased with the postcard delivery option, you, as the course provider, are responsible for mailing the physical gift card. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon purchase to facilitate this process.

Vouchers and promo codes can be redeemed by customers during checkout, providing a seamless discount application process.
