Log In to See Your Courses and Bookings

Log in with the email you booked with to find courses you attend, on-demand courses you purchased and bookings for others, and see each course's status.

Written by Artur Binzaru

This article is for anyone attending a course run by a course provider that uses Cademy, and anyone whose account holds a booking (an order), whether they booked it themselves or the course provider created it for them. It shows how to log in, which email address to use, and where to find your courses and bookings once you are in.

Participant: the person attending the course.
Order owner: the person whose account the order belongs to.
Course provider: the training provider or trainer running the course.

Which Email Address to Log In With

Find your booking confirmation or course invitation email and check which email address received it. Log in to Cademy with that same email address.

Using a different email address opens a different Cademy account. Courses and bookings connected to the original address will not appear.

Don't Know How to Log In to Your Course or Booking?

You can log in from your course provider's Cademy website or from Cademy's main login page. Both options open the same account. You use one Cademy login for every course provider.

Log In on Your Course Provider's Website

  1. Open the course provider's website from your booking confirmation or course invitation email.

  2. Select Log in. On a smaller screen, open the account menu and select Log in or Sign Up.

If you do not have the provider's website address, use Cademy's main login page instead.

Log In on Cademy's Main Login Page

  1. Enter the email address from your booking confirmation or invitation, then select Continue.

  2. Follow the next step that appears, as described below.

After you select Continue, the login page asks for one of these:

  • Your password: enter it, then select Log in & Continue. If you do not know it, select Email me a code instead and enter the code Cademy sends you, or select Forgot password? to create a new password.

  • A 6-digit code: the page says We emailed a 6-digit code to your address. Enter the code from the email, then select Log In. Your account has no password. An account created during a booking has none unless you set one.

  • Complete Sign Up: the page says Create an account for the address you entered. No Cademy account uses that address, so it is not the one your booking used. Select Change email. and enter the address that received your booking confirmation or invitation.

If you usually log in with Google or Facebook, select Google or Facebook under or continue with on the first step instead.

Can't Log In? Forgotten Password or Login Code Problems

If you cannot log in to your account, check first that you are using the email address from your booking confirmation, as described in “Which Email Address to Log In With” above.

After five incorrect email-code attempts, Cademy temporarily blocks code login for that account. The message Too many incorrect codes. Wait an hour, then request a new code. means you need to wait an hour before selecting Request New Code. Requesting another code during that time does not remove the block.

Password resets have separate limits. If you select Forgot password? and see Too Many Password Reset Attempts or Too Many Password Reset Emails, follow the message to wait a few minutes before trying again.

For the password reset steps, a reset code that does not arrive or does not work, and what to do when a reset still does not let you in, see Forgot Your Password? Reset or Change It.

Open My Courses to See Your Courses and Bookings

  1. After logging in, select My Account at the top-right of the page.

  2. Select My Courses & Bookings.

The profile area has four tabs:

  • My Courses - courses you are attending, recent orders you own and courses you saved.

  • My Profile - your profile picture, name and email address, plus contact details or marketing preferences that a course provider has enabled for you. See Update Your Personal Details in My Profile to change your personal profile or find a provider’s details.

  • Orders & Billing - orders that belong to your account and their payment information.

  • Settings - Login & Security and Memberships & Subscriptions.

You can also select User Settings from My Account to open Settings directly. The heading in the account menu can say User Profile or Student Profile. In either case, My Courses & Bookings opens the same learner profile.

Find a Course You Booked, Bought or Were Enrolled On (Your Courses)

Under Your Courses, Cademy shows courses you are attending across course providers. This includes courses you bought, courses somebody else booked for you, and courses a provider added manually or imported. Online courses you take in your own time (on-demand courses) are listed here too, including ones you bought some time ago.

Courses are ordered by what is most useful now: sessions happening today or in progress, on-demand learning in progress, upcoming sessions, courses not started or without a selected date, then completed or past courses.

Use the filters above the course cards:

  • All ([number]) shows every course currently connected to your learner account.

  • Incomplete ([number]) shows the course places not counted as completed, including a scheduled place without a selected date.

  • Completed ([number]) shows places marked completed and scheduled courses whose final session has ended.

Scroll sideways or use the arrow controls to see more cards. Select View All beside Your Courses to open the full list with the same filters. Select Load More when it appears to add the next group of courses.

If a filter has no matching courses, you will see No courses yet, No incomplete courses or No completed courses yet.

If the course card is there but the course or a lesson does not open, see Can't Access Your Course or a Lesson? What to Check.

What the Status on a Course Card Means

Each card shows the course thumbnail, title and the most relevant date, delivery or progress information.

The status on the thumbnail can say:

  • Completed - your place is marked completed or the final scheduled session has ended.

  • [number]% Complete - you have started an on-demand course. The progress strip under the thumbnail shows the same progress.

  • Not Started - you have not started the on-demand content.

  • In Progress - a scheduled session is happening now.

  • Today or Tomorrow - the next scheduled session is today or tomorrow.

  • In [number] days, In [number] weeks or In [number] months - the next scheduled session is later.

A scheduled course with no selected date has no status on the thumbnail and shows No upcoming sessions.

The information below the title can include:

  • Online on-demand [course type] for learning you complete online in your own time.

  • The next session's date and time for a scheduled course. (multiple dates) means the course has a block of sessions.

  • Live Online [course type] for an online session.

  • The venue address, or In-Person [course type] when no address is shown on the card.

  • Both the venue and Live Online [course type] for a hybrid session.

  • Ended [date] for a scheduled course that has finished.

In-person and hybrid session times use the venue's timezone and can include its timezone abbreviation. Online session times use the timezone on your device.

Open Your Course Page From a Course Card

Select a card under Your Courses. Cademy opens the page that matches how your course place was created:

  • If you booked the course yourself, it opens your course or booking details.

  • If somebody else booked the course for you, it opens your learner course dashboard. You can see your own sessions or progress, but not the order owner's private payment information.

  • If the course provider added or imported your place, it opens your learner course page for sessions or progress.

  • If a scheduled course has no date selected, there is no learner session to open yet. A booked place opens the course's dates page; a place the provider added or imported without a date opens the public course page.

When you are viewing one course provider's Cademy website, a course from another provider can open in a new tab.

After the course page opens, follow Find Your Course Dates, Venue or Joining Link.

Find a Booking or Order You Made (Your Orders)

Recent orders that belong to your account can appear under Your Orders on My Courses. Select an order to open it, or select View All beside Your Orders.

You can also select the Orders & Billing tab to see the full list. Orders that belong to your account appear there, including orders the course provider created for you. An order where somebody else added you as a participant remains private to its order owner.

A course you booked only for somebody else does not appear under Your Courses because you are not attending it. The order remains available under Your Orders and Orders & Billing.

For the complete order journey, follow Find Your Order, Invoice or Receipt for a Course Booking.

Open a Course You Saved for Later (Saved Courses)

Your Saved Courses appears only when you have saved at least one course. The most recently saved courses appear first.

Select a saved course card to open its public course page. A saved course is not a booking or course place, so it does not open a learner dashboard and does not show a progress status.

Select View All beside Your Saved Courses to open Saved Courses. Select Load More when it appears.

No upcoming sessions can appear on a saved scheduled course because you have not booked a session. Open the course to see the dates the provider currently offers.

Can Log In but Can't See the Course You Booked or Were Enrolled On

If you have no courses, orders or saved courses, the page shows No Courses Yet and Register for a course or event to see it appear here. Select Explore Courses to browse public courses.

If you have an order or a saved course but no course place, Your Courses shows No courses you're attending yet - courses booked for you or by you will appear here.

If a course you are attending is missing:

  1. Select My Account and check the email address at the top of the menu.

  2. Compare it with the address that received the booking confirmation or invitation.

  3. If the addresses are different, select Log out and log in again with the correct email address.

  4. If the addresses match, ask the course provider to confirm that your active course place uses that email address.

Cancelled course places do not appear under Your Courses. If the order belongs to your account, look under Orders & Billing for its order record. Contact the course provider if you think your place was cancelled incorrectly.

“You're Not Booked Onto This Course” When You Open a Course Link

If you open a link to your booking or course forum, for example from a course email, while logged in with an account that has no place on that course, the page shows You're not booked onto this course. The word course can be replaced by the provider's own word, such as event. The card also says You're logged in as followed by the email address you are using.

If you booked with a different email address, select Log In With a Different Email. Cademy logs you out and opens the login page. Log in with the address that received your booking confirmation, and Cademy returns you to the course. If the course is open for booking, the card also has a button such as Book Course. That button starts a new booking; it does not find your existing one.

Two Cademy Accounts and Can't Find Your Courses? Log In to the Right One

Each email address is a separate Cademy account. Courses and bookings show only in the account whose email address was used for them. If some of your courses are under one address and some under another, log out and log in with the other address to see them.

The account pages have no option to combine two accounts. If you want a course place moved to the email address you use now, contact the course provider that runs that course. To change the email address of your account itself, see “Change the Email Address on Your Account” in Update Your Personal Details in My Profile.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a different Cademy login for each course provider?
No. Use the same Cademy account wherever you see your courses or bookings. Always use the email address connected to the booking or invitation.

Why does the My Account menu say User Profile or Student Profile?
The heading depends on whether the same login also manages a course-provider account. In either case, select My Courses & Bookings.

I booked a course only for somebody else. Why is it missing from Your Courses?
Your Courses shows courses you are attending. Open Your Orders or Orders & Billing to find an order you placed for somebody else.

Somebody else booked the course for me, but I cannot see it. What should I do?
Ask the person who booked or the course provider to check the email address assigned to your place. It must match the email address shown under My Account.

Why does a scheduled course show No upcoming sessions and no status?
No date is connected to that course place yet. Select the card to open the available course or date page, or contact the course provider if you expected a confirmed date.

Why did a course card open a public course page instead of my learner dashboard?
A saved course always opens its public course page, because it is not a booking. A scheduled course the provider added or imported without a date also opens the public course page, because there is no session to open yet. Other courses you are attending open your learner course page or booking details.

Why has a cancelled course disappeared from Your Courses?
Cancelled course places are excluded because you are no longer attending. If the order belongs to your account, its record can remain under Orders & Billing.
