Log In and Find Courses You Are Attending or Bookings You Made

Log in, find courses you are attending, understand course card statuses, and open bookings you placed.

Written by Artur Binzaru

This article is for anyone attending a course on Cademy and anyone who placed a booking or order for themselves or somebody else.

Participant: the person attending the course.
Order owner: the person who placed the booking or order.
Course provider: the training company, school or trainer running the course.

Before you log in

Find your booking confirmation or course invitation email and check which email address received it. Log in to Cademy with that same email address.

Using a different email address opens a different Cademy account. Courses and bookings connected to the original address will not appear.

Log in to Cademy

You can log in from your course provider's Cademy website or from Cademy's main login page. Both options open the same account.

Option 1: Use your course provider's Cademy website

  1. Open the course provider's website from your booking confirmation or course invitation email.

  2. Select Log in. On a smaller screen, open the account menu and select Log in or Sign Up.

If you do not have the provider's website address, use Option 2.

Option 2: Use Cademy's main login page

  1. Enter the email address from your booking confirmation or invitation, then select Continue.

  2. Enter your password, then select Log in & Continue.

If you do not know your password, select Email me a code instead and enter the code Cademy sends you. You can also select Forgot password? to create a new password.

Open My Courses

  1. After logging in, select My Account at the top-right of the page.

  2. Select My Courses & Bookings.

The profile area has four tabs:

  • My Courses - courses you are attending, recent orders you placed and courses you saved.

  • My Profile - your profile picture, name and email address.

  • Orders & Billing - orders you placed and their payment information.

  • Settings - Login & Security and Memberships & Subscriptions.

You can also select User Settings from My Account to open Settings directly. The heading in the account menu can say User Profile or Student Profile. In either case, My Courses & Bookings opens the same learner profile.

Find a course you are attending

Under Your Courses, Cademy shows courses you are attending across course providers. This includes courses you bought, courses somebody else booked for you, and courses a provider added manually or imported.

Courses are ordered by what is most useful now: sessions happening today or in progress, on-demand learning in progress, upcoming sessions, courses not started or without a selected date, then completed or past courses.

Use the filters above the course cards:

  • All ([number]) shows every course currently connected to your learner account.

  • Incomplete ([number]) shows upcoming scheduled courses and on-demand courses that are not completed.

  • Completed ([number]) shows completed on-demand courses and scheduled courses whose final session has ended.

Scroll sideways or use the arrow controls to see more cards. Select View All beside Your Courses to open the full list with the same filters. Select Load More when it appears to add the next group of courses.

If a filter has no matching courses, you will see No courses yet, No incomplete courses or No completed courses yet.

Understand a course card

Each card shows the course thumbnail, title and the most relevant date, delivery or progress information.

The status on the thumbnail can say:

  • Completed - the on-demand course is completed or the final scheduled session has ended.

  • [number]% Complete - you have started an on-demand course. The progress strip under the thumbnail shows the same progress.

  • Not Started - you have not started the on-demand content.

  • In Progress - a scheduled session is happening now.

  • Today or Tomorrow - the next scheduled session is today or tomorrow.

  • In [number] days, In [number] weeks or In [number] months - the next scheduled session is later.

A scheduled course with no selected date has no status on the thumbnail and shows No upcoming sessions.

The information below the title can include:

  • Online on-demand [course type] for learning you complete online in your own time.

  • The next session's date and time for a scheduled course. (multiple dates) means the course has a block of sessions.

  • Live Online [course type] for an online session.

  • The venue address, or In-Person [course type] when no address is shown on the card.

  • Both the venue and Live Online [course type] for a hybrid session.

  • Ended [date] for a scheduled course that has finished.

In-person and hybrid session times use the venue's timezone and can include its timezone abbreviation. Online session times use the timezone on your device.

Open the right course page

Select a card under Your Courses. Cademy opens the page that matches how your course place was created:

  • If you booked the course yourself, it opens your course or booking details.

  • If somebody else booked the course for you, it opens your learner course dashboard. You can see your own sessions or progress, but not the order owner's private payment information.

  • If the course provider added or imported your place, it opens your learner course page for sessions or progress.

  • If a scheduled course has no date selected, it can open the course dates or public course page because there is no learner session to open yet.

When you are viewing one course provider's Cademy website, a course from another provider can open in a new tab.

Find a booking or order you placed

Recent orders you placed can appear under Your Orders on My Courses. Select an order to open it, or select View All beside Your Orders.

You can also select the Orders & Billing tab to see the full list. Only orders you placed appear there. An order where somebody else added you as a participant remains private to its order owner.

A course you booked only for somebody else does not appear under Your Courses because you are not attending it. The order remains available under Your Orders and Orders & Billing.

For the complete order journey, follow Find and Open Orders You Placed or That Were Created for You.

Open a saved course

Your Saved Courses appears only when you have saved at least one course. The most recently saved courses appear first.

Select a saved course card to open its public course page. A saved course is not a booking or course place, so it does not open a learner dashboard and does not show a progress status.

Select View All beside Your Saved Courses to open Saved Courses. Select Load More when it appears.

No upcoming sessions can appear on a saved scheduled course because you have not booked a session. Open the course to see the dates the provider currently offers.

If no courses are shown

If you have no courses, orders or saved courses, the page shows No Courses Yet and Register for a course or event to see it appear here. Select Explore Courses to browse public courses.

If you have an order or a saved course but no course place, Your Courses shows No courses you're attending yet - courses booked for you or by you will appear here.

If a course you are attending is missing:

  1. Select My Account and check the email address at the top of the menu.

  2. Compare it with the address that received the booking confirmation or invitation.

  3. If the addresses are different, select Log out and log in again with the correct email address.

  4. If the addresses match, ask the course provider to confirm that your active course place uses that email address.

Cancelled course places do not appear under Your Courses. If you placed the order, look under Orders & Billing for its order record. Contact the course provider if you think your place was cancelled incorrectly.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a different Cademy login for each course provider?
No. Use the same Cademy account wherever you see your courses or bookings. Always use the email address connected to the booking or invitation.

Why does the My Account menu say User Profile or Student Profile?
The heading depends on whether the same login also manages a course-provider account. In either case, select My Courses & Bookings.

I booked a course only for somebody else. Why is it missing from Your Courses?
Your Courses shows courses you are attending. Open Your Orders or Orders & Billing to find an order you placed for somebody else.

Somebody else booked the course for me, but I cannot see it. What should I do?
Ask the person who booked or the course provider to check the email address assigned to your place. It must match the email address shown under My Account.

Why does a scheduled course show No upcoming sessions and no status?
No date is connected to that course place yet. Select the card to open the available course or date page, or contact the course provider if you expected a confirmed date.

Why did a course card open a public course page instead of my learner dashboard?
This normally happens when the card is a saved course or a scheduled course has no selected date. A course you are actively attending should otherwise open your learner course page.

Why has a cancelled course disappeared from Your Courses?
Cancelled course places are excluded because you are no longer attending. If you placed the order, its record can remain under Orders & Billing.
